Firstly remove sides of the bread and grind it and make bread crumbs.

Heat a deep bottom pan on low flame. Add milk,bread crumbs,milk powder and mix well.

Cook on low flame. Keep mixing till it starts thickening. Then add sugar and kesar soaked in milk, elaichi powder and few nuts.Cook for 2 to 3 mins. Remove from flame.

As it cools garnish with nuts and rose petals. Your yummy rabdi is ready.
