Ingredients

  1. 250 gramspeanuts
  2. 6 clovesgarlic
  3. 4shallots
  4. 2large red chilies
  5. 1 cupwater (250 ml)
  6. 1/2 piecepalm sugar (I used a small round piece)
  7. 2 teaspoonsmushroom bouillon
  8. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Fry the peanuts until fragrant and golden brown, then drain.

    Blend the chilies, shallots, and garlic until smooth.

    Blend the drained peanuts until smooth.
