At first slightly bake the bread and cut into medium pieces. Now dip the pieces into milk and instantly take them out.

Now heat some oil in a pan. Fry the pieces till golden brown. Take them out.

Now ready the sugar syrup and it must be light. Dip the fried pieces into the syrup. Add Rose water drop by drop on each piece and sprinkle some zafran. Finally it's done.
