Take a pan add oil in it. Heat on medium flame, then add Cardamom, cinnamon stick, and clove,

Once tomatoes cooked completely then add cashews

In this add finely chopped onion saute it for it they become little pink in colour

Then add garlic, chopped ginger,green chillies, cook it till for 1 min, then add chopped tomatoes. Add salt in it,

Cool down this mixture then grinded to a fine paste, take a pan aad butter and oil heat it then add jeera seed and mustard seed in it.

Add grinded paste in it, add red chillies powder, dhaniya powder jeera powder, garam masala powder. Turmeric powder. Mix all well. Cook this mixture for 5 min

Then add diced capsicum, and onion in it, add water cook it capsicum become little soft.

Now add chopped paneer cubes,

Followed by fresh cream

Transfer this dish into serving bowl, and place leave charcoal in between,pour ghee on it.once smokes start comes out collect all the smoke by cover it with lid for 1 min,. Serve hot with roti.
