Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlmaida
  2. 1 tspoil
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspajwain
  5. for filling
  6. 6boiled potatoes
  7. 1 bowlgreen pea
  8. 1 tspcoriander seeds
  9. 1 tspsalt
  10. 1 tspgaram masala
  11. 1 tspdry mango powder
  12. 2green chopped chillies
  13. As required oil for fryings

Cooking Instructions

    For dough take flour in bowl. add oil, salt, ajwain and mix well. now add water Knead a semi soft dough.

    Keep aside dough for 15 min rest by covering a wet cloth.

    Now peel the potatoes and mash them in a bowl add green pea, coriander seed, salt, garam masala, green chilli mix well.

  4. 4

    Roll a chatpati of dough cut from between. make samosa of half part an stuff this mixture.

    Seal well with water on edges. deep fry on medium flame until golden colour.

  6. 6

    Served with sauce and green chutney.
