Ingredients

  1. 1 cupCurd (thick)
  2. 1/2 cupFresh Cream
  3. to tasteSugar
  4. 1 pinchSalt
  5. 1/2 tspGreen cardamom powder
  6. 1 litreMilk full fat chilled

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, add the curd fresh cream and sugar, salt, green cardamom powder and whisk well. Whisk vigorously to form a smooth and creamy texture.

    Now add the chilled milk and again whisk well until all the ingredients comes together beautifully. Remember to mix it until well combined and a foamy texture arrives.

    Pour it into the serving glass and serve. You can also place a piece of curd fat, rose petals or chopped dry fruits on top and then serve.
