Spicy Chicken Shawarma

Prepare your spice mix, cut chicken into chunks or slices and marinate over night so that the spices will infuse properly into the chicken

Mix your ketchup, mayo, salad cream and set aside.

Slice cabbage and cucumber

Get a pan, coat it with oil, pour in your diced onions and sautè your marinated chicken, while adding your seasoning to taste.

Lightly heat your Shawarma Bread in a hot pan, take note not to burn, then place it on your chopping board and spread the mayo mix you made.

Lay the chicken, cabbage and cucumber then pour the mayo mix on it and roll.

Place them on a grill on a low heat and turn on both sides for 3 minutes each.
