Heat kadai and keep flame to low add 2 cups of puffed rice stirring often roast for 2 - 3 minutes or more till they become crisp and crunch.

In a large bowl add potato, onion, tomato, Cucumber and green chilies

Now add all Spices, red chilli powder, chat masala, salt and black salt. Now add crisp rice and sav and mix well. Mix gently without making puffed rice soggy.

Add fresh lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.

Jhal muri is ready. Transfer to a serving bowl.

Serve this spicy and tangy jhal muri instantly.
