Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlMoong Daal
  2. To tastesalt
  3. To tastered chilli powder
  4. As neededRed chilli fakes half teaspoon
  5. 1 tspCoriander seeds
  6. As neededGaram masala 1 teaspoon
  7. As needed Cooking Oil for deep frying
  8. As neededWater
  9. 2 tspKasoori methi

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash moong Daal with water and soak for 4 hours in water and then grind in mixer.

  2. 2

    Now transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl and then put salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, coriander seeds, kasuri methi and garam masala and mix well.

    Now in a karahi deep fry pakodi by pouring one teaspoon mixture one by one till they turned golden brown.

    Remove pakodi from the oil and serve in a serving bowl with sauce and hot tea.
