Ingredients

  • 500 gmssemolina
  • 200 gmscurd
  • 1piuch of lemon flavoured Eno
  • as per tasteSalt
  • ForSambhar-
  • 1 bowltuar dal
  • 1 tspsambhar masala
  • someChopped veggies(as per choice)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add semolina and mix the curd and salt.

  2. 2

    And rest for 1 hour and mix eno.

  3. 3

    Grease the idli moulds and add the batter,steam for 15 minutes and idli is ready.
