Steps

Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame. Saute the green gram for a minute and remove to a large bowl.

Add the cumin powder, green chillies, Chaat Masala Powder, coriander leaves, potatoes, Pudina chopped, cornflour and salt. Mix well. Shape the mixture into small/medium balls and flatten them into cutlets.

Heat oil in a shallow frying pan over medium flame. Fry the prepared cutlets on both sides and remove. Serve with ketchup.
