Ingredients

  1. 1Potato boiled, mashed
  2. 1/4 cupSprouted Green Grams
  3. 1/4 tablespoonChaat Masala Powder
  4. handfulCoriander Leaves chopped
  5. 1Green Chilli , finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tablespoonCumin Powder
  7. 2 tablespoonsCornflour
  8. handfulPudina chopped
  9. as per tasteSalt as per taste
  10. as requiredOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat little oil in a pan over medium flame. Saute the green gram for a minute and remove to a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the cumin powder, green chillies, Chaat Masala Powder, coriander leaves, potatoes, Pudina chopped, cornflour and salt. Mix well. Shape the mixture into small/medium balls and flatten them into cutlets.

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a shallow frying pan over medium flame. Fry the prepared cutlets on both sides and remove. Serve with ketchup.
