Masala Chicken Curry

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, add onions, as the onion turns brown, add ginger garlic paste followed by all the other powdered & whole spices mentioned in the ingredient section. Then add 1/2 cup water in the curry.

Now add the chicken pieces & stir gently.

Now add salt & hung curd in it, then stir & cover it with lid in low flame.

As the water evaporates, add some more water in order to boil the chicken & again cover with lid. When the chicken is cooked properly, add the green chillies, give a stir & remove pan from heat sauce. Your delicious Masala Chicken curry is ready to serve! Serve it hot with steamed rice, roti.
