Tasty Leftover-Roti Poha

Many a times we are leftover with some extra chapatis. Why waste them when we can prepare something quick for your teatime snack? this recipe requires very few ingredients and you can tweak the recipe according to your family preference.

Sometimes I make 8-10 extra fulkas, so I can make poha out of the leftovers, as my children like them very much. I always use my morning rotis for evening snacks, I do not prefer to keep it for longer time than that. Some people do freeze the leftovers in zip lock bags, that's ok too.

This is a quick and tasty makeover to your boring fulkas.
