3eggs
4-6tomatoes
1/4 tsppaprika
1/4 tspginger
1/4 tspgarlic
to tasteSalt and pepper

Prep your ingredients,

Slice your tomatoes and arrange them on a oiled skillet.

Add the spice's and salt to the eggs and beat well. Pour the eggs over the tomatoes and put the pan on medium low heat and cover. Cook for 3mins then turn n cook for 2 min's.

Remove from heat and serve.
