Palak chole cheese kabab
Steps

Squeeze excess water from chopped spinach and place in a mixer jar, then add green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger and grind,add chickpeas and grind again

Add garam masala,chaat masala,add salt then add chickpea and spinach mixture and mix very well

Heat some oil in a nonstick pan

Add bread crumbs to the spinach mixture and mix well

Grease your palms with oil and divide the spinach mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls

Stuff each ball with a cheese cube and shape into a kebab

Place kabab on the pan and shallow fry till evenly, golden from the both sides

Super tasty palak chole cheese kabab are ready,serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
