  2. Chana dal 250gram soak for 4hours
  3. 1 tbspCumin
  4. 1 tbspCoriander
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  7. 6Green chilli
  8. 1 tspTurmeric
  9. 1 cupGreen Coriander
  10. 1 tbspGaram masala
  11. Cinamon stick 1
  12. 2 tbspGinger garlic paste
  13. 2Eggs
  14. Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients in pot add water and cover for 1and half hour when every thing soft chope with hands or machine.Now make kababs and coat with eggs and fry.serve.
