Fiery Calamari Rings

Clean the calamari well. Cut into rings.

Mix chilli powder and salt together with the all purpose flour. Dip the calamari rings in the flour once. Then dip in egg mixture.

Next dip in bread crumbs. Repeat for all rings. Place on a plate in the fridge for 5 mins.

Deep fry each ring until it turns golden brown. Calamari takes less time to cook. So check one ring before frying all.

Serve hot calamari rings with ketchup.
