Take all the dry ingredients first,besan sooji and salt in a bowl..mix these well in a bowl..

Add water into it so to make it thick..add sugar and ENO into it...

Mix everything well and microwave it for 3-5 mins

Now time to prepare tadka,take a separate pan,add oil,wait till the time oil gets heated,now add mustard seeds and green chillies,saute it for 2-3 minutes..

Now when the tadka is ready,add this over dhokla..

Now the dhokla is ready to serve, Garnish this with some coriander and seeds
