2 servings

1 cupsprouted moong beans
1/2 cupchopped onions
1/2 cupchopped cucumber
1/2 cupchopped tomato
1lemon
1 tspPepper
As per tasteSalt
As neededCoriander to garnish

Steps

Rinse and strain the sprouts in water overnight
2

Add chopped onions, tomato, cucumber in a bowl and then add sprouts in it..mix it well
3

Squeeze lemon into that bowl,add salt and pepper as per taste..mix everything well..

Garnish with coriander and serve immediately..
