Chicken tikka sticks with chana daal garlic rice

Marinate chicken boti with tikka masala, gg paste, 4 tbsp oil, yougurt 3 tbsp.

Now skewers in shashlik sticks with capsicum and onion. Bake in oven for about 20 min. Or you can cook in frying pan.

Now in another pan add oil, chopped garlic, onion and saute well add cumin, Kali mirch, now chana daal and chicken cubes.

Cook for about 5 mins.

Now add soaked rice and salt, adjust salt because chicken cube have salt too.

Cook on high flame until water dries, now put ur rice on dum. When cook serves in dish with chicken sticks.
