Ingredients

  • 50 gmsspinach chopped
  • 100 gmssoaked chana
  • 3 tbsp bread crumbs
  • handfulRoasted peanuts
  • 2eggs
  • As neededGrated cheese
  • To tastePeri Peri powder
  • To tasteGarlic powder
  • To tasteOnion powder
  • To tasteSalt
  • To tasteRed chilli powder
  • As neededOil to grease
  • 2 pinchBlack pepper powder
  • As neededChilli flakes
  • 2Chopped onions
  • 2Chopped capsicum
  • 2Chopped tomatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind the soaked chana with peanuts

    To this mix bread crumbs, Peri Peri powder, salt, red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder and a pinch of baking soda....

    Grease a muffin tray then place this mix to shape like a muffin cup... Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10minutes

    Bake this base of muffins for 5-7minutes

    Then in a bowl beat 2eggs, add chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum and spinach, add salt pepper and chilli flakes...

    After 5-7minutes take the tray out...pour the egg mixture into it... Top with grated cheese, again bake for 10-12minutes or till done...
