Grind the soaked chana with peanuts

To this mix bread crumbs, Peri Peri powder, salt, red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder and a pinch of baking soda....

Grease a muffin tray then place this mix to shape like a muffin cup... Preheat oven at 180 degree for 10minutes

Bake this base of muffins for 5-7minutes

Then in a bowl beat 2eggs, add chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum and spinach, add salt pepper and chilli flakes...

After 5-7minutes take the tray out...pour the egg mixture into it... Top with grated cheese, again bake for 10-12minutes or till done...
