  1. 1 cupchicken mince
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1 tbspChopped garlic
  4. 2 cupsrefined flour
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. Fresh red chilli
  7. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. As neededSpring onion

Cooking Instructions

    Combine refined flour, oil, salt in a bowl.Add a little water and knead into a stif dough, set aside to rest.

    To make stuffing combine chicken mince, salt, onion, garlic, red chilli, soya sauce, spring onion in a bowl and mix well.

    Divide dough into equal portion and roll into thin sheets.cut out squares from them.

    Place a portion of stuffing in the center of each square, apply water ion the edges, bring together the edges and pinch at the top to make bundles.

    Preheat oven at 180dc.

    Place bundles on a baking tray,put tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20mins.

    Serve hot.
