  • 2Green chilli
  • 3Boil potato
  • 1 tablespoonCumin seeds powder
  • 1 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • As neededWater
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededOil

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and mash it properly.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry it. Add turmeric salt and cumin powder and mix it.

  3. 3

    Fill the potato mixture in the flour and roll it.

  4. 4

    Heat the pan and pour the paratha on it and roast it.

  5. 5

    Survey with curd and butter
