Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 7 tspbaking powder
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 2 1/2 cupsmilk (I used non fat)
  • 2eggs
  • 1/2 cupmelter butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine all dry ingredients.

  2. 2

    Mix milk, eggs and melted butter into dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Melt some butter and cook. These came out pretty fluffy and somewhat heavy. Pretty darn good with a lot of butter and syrup on them.
