Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg🔸Mutton
  2. cup🔸Gram Lentil1
  3. 🔸Onion2
  4. tbsp🔸Ginger garlic paste1
  5. tbsp🔸Red chilli powder1
  6. 1 tsp🔸Turmeric
  7. to taste🔸Salt
  8. tsp🔸All spice powder1
  9. 1 tsp🔸Roasted and crushed cinnamon
  10. 🔸Green chilies4
  11. 2🔸Lemons
  12. bunch🔸Mint leaves1
  13. 2 tbsp🔸Chopped ginger
  14. cup🔸Oil1

Steps

  1. 1

    🔸Wash and boil 1 cup gram lentil.
    Take mutton, 2 cups warm water, ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp red chilli, 1 tsp turmeric, some salt, 2 chopped onion and 1 cup oil in the pan and cook it.

    🔸Boil the gram lentil separately.

  3. 3

    🔸When the meat tenders, add in the lentil.
    Add in2 cups of hot water add 1 tsp all spice powder.
    In the end, add in 1 tsp roasted and crushed cinnamon, 1 bunch mint leaves, 2 lemon juice, 4 green chilies and 2 chopped ginger. cook it for 5 minutes

    Serve Dal Gosht with plain rice or chapati
