Peel of the outer cover paper of your sausages and put them in a bowl

Sprinkle paprika and black pepper

For each egg, wrap with 1 sausage and make a ball roll until the whole sausage is covered

Place the balls on the flour and cover them with the flour

Roll the eggs on beaten egg

And finally cover the balls with bread crumbs on a different plate

Heat oil on low heat. Make sure the oil is hot but on low heat. Shallow fry your balls and let them cook slowly till golden brown on all sides
