Steps

Heat a pan add milk,saffron & cardamom powder and cook till one boil.

Turn off gas, remove from bowl and add milkmaid, mix well and cool it.

Now add curd stir it properly mix.

Add chopped almonds and pista

Transfer into small glass bowls and sprinkle badam pista on top, cover them with silver foils

Steam them for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from steamer & cool and unmould and it's ready.

Put Saffron yogurt in a plate.Garnish with saffron strings and Tutti Fruitti.
