Ingredients

  1. HandfulFresh strawberries
  2. 150 gbutter
  3. 150 gself raising flour
  4. 150 gcaster sugar
  5. 150 gicing sugar
  6. 2eggs
  7. 12cupcake cases

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a cupcake tray with cases

  2. 2

    Preheat oven 150c

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all ingredients except strawberries and icing sugar

  4. 4

    Share mixture in cases

  5. 5

    Cook for 15-20 minutes or until golden beown

  6. 6

    Butter icing - mix icing sugar and butter

  7. 7

    Allow cakes to cool

  8. 8

    Pipe buttercream on cakes

  9. 9

    Top with a strawberry
