Ingredients

1 cupchopped spring onions
1small potato cubed
1/2 tspbringal cubed
1small pieces of pumpkin
1onion chopped
1 tspnigella seeds
2green chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
to tastesalt
to tasteSugar
as neededoil

Steps

Heat oil and fry the chopped spring onions and keep aside.

Now add oil and temper nigella seeds and green chillies.

Add chopped veggies and saute for a while.

Add salt and turmeric powder and cover.

As it is soft add the fried spring onions and mix well.

Add sugar and mix well. Now ready to serve.
