In a blender add chickpeas, potato, ginger, garlic paste, cumin powder, chilli and grind to a coarse paste.

Add onions, tomatoes and coriander, salt and pepper and mix until well incorporated.

Make medium size round Patties and pan fry until both sides are golden brown, cool and serve as a snack or a side to salad or soup, enjoy!!
