Carrot cake topping with almond cream and pistachio

Ingredients

  1. 300 gmall purpose flour
  2. 3carrot (blended - strain out the juice)
  3. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  4. 1 tablespooncinnamon powder
  5. 1 tablespoonmuskot powder
  6. 50 gmbutter
  7. 2 dlcarrot juice
  8. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  9. 2large eggs
  10. Almond cream ingredients
  11. 50 gmalomnd paste
  12. 1 dlheavy cream
  13. 1 dlicing sugar
  14. Topping
  15. Pistachio crumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the cake ingredients into a big bowl. Beat it until smooth batter. Bake in 180° 35min. After baked, let it cooling for 10min.

    After 10min, slowly pour the cream ontop the carrots with spoon and topping with pistachio crumbs, then is done.
