Soak the rice, for 1/2 hour. Strain the water and let it dry and grind it coarsely into a powder
Heat milk, boil it nicely and reduce it to half. Then add the rice powder, allow it to thicken. Now once the milk becomes thick, add the grated khoya and sugar, and dry fruits. Stir well.
Add sweet essence and garnish with dry fruits. Allow it to cool at room temperature. - 2
Keep it in refrigerator and serve chill.
