Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspinach leaves boiled
  2. 100 gmpaneer
  3. 50 gmcream
  4. 2onions chopped
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 2 -3 green chillies chopped
  7. 1 tbspmango powder(amchur)
  8. halftbsp turmeric powder
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1/2 tbsp refined oil
  11. 2 tbspbutter
  12. 1 tbspchilli powder
  13. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  14. 1 inchginger

Cooking Instructions

    Heat half tbsp oil in a pan and fry onions,garlic and chillies for 5 mins.

    Now add ginger,all ingredients(except paneer,salt and butter) and fried onions to the boiled spinach leaves and grind it.

    Heat butter in a kadhai.now pour the grinded mixture and fry it for 10 mins.

    Add salt and mix it.now add water as u wish and let it cook for 2 mins

    Now add paneer and cook for 5 mins.

    Add the cream and cover it with lid

  7. 7

    Your palak paneer is ready.serve it with puri and paratha
