Ingredients

3-4 servings
  • To tasteGreen chilli
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tbspRed chilli powder
  • 4-6Mint leaves
  • 3-4Green coriander leaves
  • as requiredCorn flour To bind
  • 5-7Blanched & peeled almonds
  • 2Boiled potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add boiled & grated potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add salt, red chilli powder, mint leaves & coriander leaves.

  3. 3

    Add cornflour to bind.

  4. 4

    Now make Tikki/kebab out of it.

  5. 5

    Now slice the peeled almonds thinly sliced.

  6. 6

    Now cover the Tikki with almond flakes completely.

  7. 7

    Now shallow fry these tikki until golden.

  8. 8

    Now serve this tikki with tomato ketchup or mint dip/chutney or peach chutney.
