Ingredients

  • 1 cangreen beans
  • 1 cankidney beans
  • 1 canwax beans
  • 1 canyellow hominy or chickpeas
  • 1/2small onion, diced (I prefer sweet onion when I have it)
  • 1 cupwhite wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain each can of beans and hominy and rinse with cool water. Add beans, hominy, and onion to a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt. Pour oven bean mixture and refrigerate. Will keep in the refrigerator for 7 days or more.
