Steps

First boil pasta, for white sauce. take a pan. Heat butter on low flame, add all-purpose flour. and saute for 5 mins until it roasts properly. Now add milk and keep stirring this, add vegetables.

Now bring a boil until the sauce thickens. Now add cheese. Let it melt.

Now add pasta in it. Mix well add salt and black pepper in pasta. Mix well.
