Ingredients

  1. 250 gmschicken Boiled and shredded
  2. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  3. 2 tbspGreen chilli finely chopped
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1/4 tbspgaram masala powder
  6. 1 tbspshezwan sauce
  7. 1tomato finely chopped
  8. 2 tbspgrated cheese
  9. 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  10. as required Oil
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 2 bowlsall purpose flour
  13. 1 tbsptomato ketchup for garnish
  14. as required Coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add Boiled and shredded chicken, green chilli, red chilli flakes, schezwan sauce, mayonnaise, garam masala powder, grated cheese, Chopped onion, Chopped tomato and mix well and keep aside.

  2. 2

    In another bowl take all-purpose flour, salt, oil and mix well.

  3. 3

    Gradually add water mix well and knead until dough is formed and rest of for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Take a small dough, make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin and prick with fork.

  5. 5

    On an inverted small bowl, place rolled dough and press the edges and cut with the help of the knife.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in kadhai and fry Katori wrapped with dough until golden brown and crispy and remove small bowl with the help of the tong.

  7. 7

    On prepared katori add Boiled and shredded chicken mixture, garnish with tomato ketchup and coriander leaves.
