In a bowl mix all the ingredients except butter or oil.

Put tawa on flame.now take a rolling pin make paratha in your favorite shape shift paratha on hot tawa.

Turn the paratha cook other side grease with ghee cook till crispy and golden. Serve with yoghurt and green chutney.
