Steam the idli batter in Dhokala plates or any Thali. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. I steamed my batter in two plates. So I sprinkled sesame on one plate. Steam for 20 mins. Let it cool down.

For Tikkis -Take finely chopped capsicum, mashed boiled sweet corns, grated boiled potatoes, grated paneer, grated carrot, chopped green chillies, grated ginger (you can add any vegetables of your choice), Garam masala, pepper powder, salt. Mix all ingredients and make tikkis, you can roll it in bread crumbs/semolina, shallow fry till golden brown.

Now with a round, Katori or biscuit cutter cut round shapes from steamed idli plates. Now on lower circle spread some tomato sauce, mayonnaise (optional) place the tikki. Spread some idli chutney on upper circle and place on tikki. Shallow fry in butter from both sides. Serve hot.
