Melt the chocolate over a double boiler.

Keep the butter into a bowl on room temprature.

In a mixing bowl beat the eggs.

Add the sugar into the eggs a little at a time, beating well. Blend in the chocolate and butter mixture then mix in the flour, coffee, cocoa powder and vanilla essence and blend well.

Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Spread the brownie batter in a greased square pan and bake at 180°c for about 35 minutes.

In the end decorate the brownies with chocolate syrup and sprinkles
