8 slicesbrown bread
2chopped onions
2chopped capsicum
2chopped tomatoes
1 cupgeated cheese
To tasteSalt and pepper
2 tbsmayonnaise

In a bowl mix all chopped veggies

Add mayonnaise and grated cheese

Put salt and pepper

Mix well

Take a bread slice and spread mixture on it

Cover with 2nd slice

Grill it in toaster and serve hot
