Sab se pehly chicken ke ilawa tamam ajza ko AK sath ache se mix kar lain.

Ab chicken ko ache se dho kar khushak kar lain.

Khushak ho jae to tayar kiye mixture mein merinate kar ke 1 se 1-1/2 ghante ke liye frige mein rakh dain.

Phir isko kisi ese bartan mein daal kar CHULHE PAR rakh dain ke jis mein se bhap na nikle.

Teez anch per ubal ane taq paka lain.

Ubal a Jae to dam per 45 minutes ya chicken ache se galne taq paka lain.

Is Doran 1 se 2 dafa hila dain.

Galne taq pani agar bacha ho to teez anch kar ke pani khushak kar lain.

Mazedaar tangi chicken tayar hai.
