Ingredients

  1. Cupflax seed
  2. 2 tablespoonchia seed
  3. 2 tablespoonsesame seed
  4. 2 tablespoonParmesan cheese
  5. 2 tablespoonZaatar or thyme
  6. 3/4warm water
  7. 1/8 teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Ground only the flax seed then add every thing using the water slowly let it set for ten minutes

  2. 2

    Spread the mixture on parchment paper that been sprayed with light oil using spoon and cut any way you want

  3. 3

    Cook at 350 f for 20 to 25 minutes keep your eyes on it let it cool and it will get crispy the more you cook it enjoy
