Ingredients

500 g
  • 300 gPlums
  • 300 gAgave syrup
  • 1 tspLemon juice

Steps

40 Minutes
  1. 1

    Soak plums in baking soda water for 5 minutes. Wash thoroughly under running water and remove moisture.

    Remove the plum seeds and cut them into small pieces.

    Put the same amount of plum and agave syrup in a bowl and add 1 spoon of lemon juice.

    Grind finely in a mixer.

  5. 5

    Put it in a pot and boil it over high heat for a while, stir it over medium heat, and boil it down over low heat.

  6. 6

    Put it in a clean and sterilized glass airtight container and store it in a refrigerator after aging at room temperature for a day.
