It's very easy to prepare, and its basic ingredients gives the dish an earthy delicious taste. We usually serve it with plain yogurt.🍚

For sauce preparation:
Wash the tomatoes and make cuts using a sharp knife then put them with the water and the salt in a cooking pot and leave them to boil - 2
After that remove the tomatoes from the water, wait until they cool down then start peel them off.

Add the tomatoes with the same boiling water to the blender

After blending,put them aside.
Wash and sieve the bulgur very well - 5
Peel off the onions and cut them into small pieces and fry them with the oil until they become soft.

Now add the bulgur, the salt, the spices and the tomato sauce and mix them together

Cover the pot and cook on low heat until cooked for roughly half an hour

Serve cold or hot in a big plate
