1. prepare a mixture of vinegar and 2tbs water in a bowl. Give a one boil to the milk. Switch of the gas and add the vinegar mixture slowly to the milk. When milk becomes cuddle strain it for 4 hr.

Mix the chenna using ur palm gently for 5 min. Prepare small ball from it. Meanwhile prepare the syrup. Take a cooker add 6 cup water and 2cup sugar. Give it a one boil.

Add the chenna ball into it, close the cover without whitsle. Cookin in high flame for 15min and medium flame for 15min.dont open the cover. Rest it for 5hr.

Take a pan and add 1cup milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder and mix them and cook for 3 min. Then switch of the flame. Squeeze ur rasogolla and add it to the mixture and keep it for 2hr.
Chocorasogolla is ready.
