Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgbaisen
  • 1-1and 1/2 cup desi ghee
  • 4 tablespoonsgond kateera
  • 5 tablespoonschar maghaz
  • 4 tablespoonsphul makhanay
  • 5 tablespoonscoconut (finely chopped)
  • 6 tablespoonsalmonds(finely chopped)
  • 2and 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoonkamar kass(grinded)
  • 3 tablespoonscashew nuts (roughly chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sb se pehle karahi mein 1 cup ghee daal ke hlka sa grm karay, phr pehle gond daal ke fry karay. bht zyada dr fry nahi krna. light clr ho jaye to nikal lain.or phr grind kar lain.

    Phr isi ghee mein makhanay add kar ke fry kar ke nikal lain.ab inko bhi grind kar lain. sath hi char maghaz bhi grind kar lain.

    Ab isi karahi mein baqi ghee bhi add kar ke us mein baisen daal ke medium heat pe fry karay. dhyan rakhay ke heat tz na ho, jab baisen ki khushbu anay lagey to sugar add kar ke mix karay.

    Coconut and almonds ko bhi bht hlka sa fry kar ke nikal lain.

  5. 5

    Ab isi karahi mein baqi ghee bhi add kar ke us mein baisen daal ke medium heat pe fry karay. dhyan rakhay ke heat tz na ho, jab baisen ki khushbu anay lagey or clr bhi light brown ho jaye to sugar add kar ke mix karay.

    Heat off kar dain. phr baisen mein grind kiye huey char maghaz, gond, makhanay, kamar kass, chopped almond, cashew nuts and coconut add kar ke achi trha mix karay.

    Mazedaar baisen ki panjiri ready hai. agr chahay to is panjiri ko greased tray mein daal ke jama lain. phr pieces cut kar lain.

    Is panjiri ko airtight jar mein daal ke fridge mein rakh dain. bht arse tak blkl fresh rhti hai
