In a bowl add eggs and beat till fullfy

Add milk,essence and sugar

Beat for few minutes to well combine

Take pudding pan

Add sugar and water and heat

Cook the mix to dissolve the sugar

Move the pan by hands so the mixture covers all the side of the pan

Cook till golden brown colour appers

Remove the pan from the stove.

Cool the pan

You can see the caramelize is become hard

Now pour beaten mixture

Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 mins

Check from the toothpick as it comes out clear your pudding is ready to serve

Take large pan add some water then put that pan in which you pour beaten mixture
