I updated a previous recipe of mine[Special Marinade! Pork Yaki-Niku]. I added katakuriko and it made this more tender!This has katakuriko powder in it so it's going to thicken as you cook it. I have always loved fruits in barbecue sauces. Usually we have guava, pineapple, or papaya and so on, but I always wanted to do apples and Oranges together. So here it is I hope you enjoy this. The sauce mixture mixed with the chicken drippings turned out delicious.I didn't measure the spices for the chicken because if you get 6 chicken thighs at one place it may be a different size then at another place. So if I put a measurement on the spices you may have over salted or under salted. skunkmonkey101 -
