Boil the milk. Once the milk is started boiling add 5 tbsp curd for curdle the milk. Once the milk is curdle. Switch of the flame. Take a muslin cloth.Drain the excess water.

Once it is done. Transfer the Chenna in plate or bowl. Mash the Chenna with your hands till it become smooth. When the Chenna didn't stick to your hands. It means the Chenna is perfectly mashed. It means it is ready to make Rasgulla. From the Chenna dough make small Chenna balls and keep aside.

For making sugar syrup. Take 2 cups sugar and 5 cups water. When the syrup is boiling. Add Chena balls to the sugar syrup. Cover it. Let it boil for 15 miniutes. When the chenna balls started floating to the top of the sugar syrup. It means the rasgulla is ready.

Once it is done. Switch off the flame. Transfer to a beautiful bowl. Cool it. Decorate with finely chopped Almonds. Ready to serve.
